Original Roland LEF-12 / LEF-20 / LEF-300 / SP-540i / XC-540 Wiper Scraper – 1000001658

Part number 1000001658, Roland part name WIPER,SCRAPER XC-540, is a wiper scraper shared by a wide range of Roland printers, from the VersaUV LEF-12, LEF-20 and LEF-300 benchtop UV printers to the VersaCAMM SP-300V, SP-540V, SP-300i, SP-540i, VP-300i and VP-540i, the RS-640, the XC-540 and the XJ-740. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

After each wipe, the head wiper drags across this scraper so the ink it has picked up is removed. If the scraper is worn or covered in dried ink, the wiper returns dirty and smears ink back onto the nozzle plate. Typical results are smudged prints, nozzles that keep dropping out and cleaning cycles that use more ink without improving the nozzle check.
