The TS-30 MAIN BOARD ASSY, part number 7851850000, is the main control board for the Roland MDX-40 benchtop milling machine and the JWX-10 jewelry milling machine. Both machines are built on the same TS-30 platform, so they share this board. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

This board receives milling data from the PC, runs the machine firmware and coordinates the X, Y and Z axis motors together with the separate spindle board. A failing main board typically shows up as a machine that will not start, stops during initialization, loses its USB connection, shows error lights on the panel, or moves an axis unpredictably. If cables and the power supply have been ruled out, swapping the main board is the logical repair.
