Roland MPH-70 Overview
The Roland MPH-70 is the replacement impact head for the METAZA MPX-70 and MPX-80 metal photo impact printers. These compact machines mark photos, logos and text onto metal and other hard surfaces by striking the material with a fine stylus, and the impact head is the part that does all of the marking work. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
The head is a wear item. As the stylus tip wears or the mechanism weakens, impressions become lighter and less consistent: photos lose contrast, dark areas look patchy, fine text loses detail and you may see missing lines or banding across the image. Replacing the head restores the crisp, high-contrast results METAZA printers are used for in gift, jewellery and trophy shops.
