Eco-solvent printing relies on the print heater and dryer to fix the ink onto the media. This board switches and regulates those heaters based on the temperature sensor readings. Signs of a failed heater control board include heaters that never warm up, a temperature that overshoots or fluctuates, heater errors on the display, and prints that stay wet, smudge or show banding from uneven drying.
