Part number W702406011, ASSY,PANEL BOARD VS-640i_01, is the control panel board for the Roland VersaCAMM VS-300, VS-420 and VS-540, the VS-300i, VS-540i and VS-640i, and the VersaEXPRESS RF-640, RF-640A, RA-640, RE-640 and RT-640. It is the updated version of the earlier board W702406010. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The panel board carries the display and keys on the front of the printer and passes operator commands to the main board. A defective panel shows up as a blank or flickering display, buttons that do not respond or respond only sometimes, keys that seem stuck, or a printer that boots but cannot be set up for media. Ink mist and dust near the panel, as well as heavy daily use, wear the board out over time.
