The POWER UNIT,ZWS240BP-48/R (41), Roland part number 1000010044, is a power supply unit used in the XF-640, SOLJET EJ-640 and Texart XT-640, the VersaUV LEF-300 and LEF2-300 benchtop UV printers, and the VersaUV LEC2-330 and LEC2-640 UV printer/cutters. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The unit converts mains AC into DC power for the printer's drive electronics. Typical symptoms of a failing unit are a machine that will not start, one that stops during initialisation, unexpected resets or shutdowns in the middle of a job, and motor or carriage errors that appear when the printer is under load. Overheating, a burnt smell or clicking noises from the unit point the same way.
