Original Roland GX-500 / CX-500 Center Pinch Roller Assembly P-ROLLER C – 6700290170

This is the center pinch roller assembly 6700290170 (ASSY,P-ROLLER C GX-500) for the Roland CAMM-1 GX-500 and CX-500 cutting plotters. It is the complete assembly that holds the middle of the media against the grit roller, not just the rubber roller on its own. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

On wide cutters the center pinch roller keeps the media flat and stops it from bowing in the middle. If the assembly is worn, the spring is weak or the roller has hardened, you may see media wandering to one side, creases in the centre of the sheet, contour cuts that drift out of position over a long job or the cutter reporting a media error. Since the complete assembly is no longer made new, a tested used unit is often the only practical way to get an older GX-500 or CX-500 running properly again.
