The StarFire™ SG1024/MA is a compact, self-contained industrial inkjet printhead built for textiles, wide-format graphics, and other demanding production applications. It packs 1024 independently addressable channels arranged in eight rows on a single nozzle plate, delivering single-color printing at resolutions up to 400 dpi — engineered for high-speed scanning and single-pass industrial systems.
Built with field-proven materials for a long service life and stable output, the SG1024/MA uses REDIJET® continuous ink recirculation to improve start-up reliability, reduce downtime, and hold consistent performance across long production runs. Its replaceable, coated-metal nozzle plate resists abrasion for durable, cost-effective maintenance, and its robust, repairable construction lowers total cost of ownership. Compatible with solvent, UV-curable, and aqueous inks, the printhead integrates easily into demanding industrial systems.
