The STARFIRE SG1024 is a high-performance, piezoelectric drop-on-demand printhead designed specifically for today’s demanding high-speed scanning and single-pass industrial printing systems.
It supports both one- and two-channel configurations with resolutions up to 400 dpi, and incorporates REDIJET® continuous ink recirculation for reliable jetting and long service life.
The printhead is fully repairable and comes with a replaceable coated metal nozzle plate that resists abrasion and damage, ensuring consistent operation. Compatible with solvent, UV-curable, and aqueous inks, the SG1024 is purpose-built for robust industrial use.
