Mimaki JFX200-2513 Printhead (Part No. M022625)

This printhead is a genuine Mimaki part for the JFX200-2513 UV flatbed printer. It’s the head maintenance assembly that comes with a built-in heater. The actual head is a GEN5 model (the Ricoh MH5420), and it uses piezo drop-on-demand technology. It’s made for UV-curable inks, so you get accurate ink placement and consistent colors even when you’re running at high speed.

The head works with both 2-color and 4-color setups, gives you 8 levels of grayscale, and reaches up to 600 npi nozzle density — so it handles industrial print jobs that need both good quality and good speed. It’s 100% original and made in Japan, so you don’t have to worry about fit or reliability.

One thing worth keeping in mind is the part number history. M022625 replaced the two older versions, M017004 and M015028. After that, a newer part, M026887, came out and replaced M022625, M017004, and M015028. So the full upgrade chain looks like this: M015028 → M017004 → M022625 → M026887, with M026887 being the latest one. This makes it easy to tell how new or old a part is when you’re buying.
