Original Mimaki CJV150 / CJV300 / UCJV300 Clamp Assy (Pinch Roller) – M015562

The Mimaki M015562 is the clamp assembly with pinch roller for the CJV150, CJV300 and UCJV300 print-and-cut printers. Several of these clamps press the media against the grit roller, so that the media is fed forward accurately during printing and cutting. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the clamp assy when the pinch roller is worn, flat-spotted, cracked or no longer turns freely, when the clamp spring is weak, or when the clamp is broken. Symptoms include media skewing, slipping or wrinkling, feed errors, horizontal banding and cut contours that do not line up with the print. Replacing worn clamps restores even pressure across the width.
