Mimaki SPA-0166 Overview
The Mimaki SPA-0166 pinch roller is the rubber roller that presses the media against the grit (feed) roller on CJV30, CJV150, CJV300 and CJV330 print-and-cut machines. Together they move the media forward and back with high precision, which is essential both for printing and for cutting along printed contours. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
Replace the pinch roller when the rubber is worn, flattened, cracked or hardened, or when it leaves marks on the media. Typical symptoms include media skewing, slipping, feed banding, and cut lines that do not match the printed image. Uneven pressure from a worn roller can also cause media to wander during long jobs.
