Mimaki M602089 Overview
The M602089 cap slider base 33 is the base part of the cap slider in the capping station of Mimaki JV33 and JV33BS printers. The cap slider carries the cap and moves it up against the printhead when the carriage returns home; the base guides this movement and holds the slider in place. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
The capping station is always in contact with ink, and the plastic base can crack, warp or wear at the guide surfaces. When this happens the cap may not rise fully, may tilt, or may not seal evenly on the nozzle plate. The results are weak suction during cleaning, nozzles that dry out overnight, ink dripping in the station and repeated missing nozzles. Replacing the base restores correct cap movement and a reliable seal.
