Original Mimaki TS3 / JV33 / CJV30 CP Slider Spring – M800973

The M800973 CP slider spring is a spring for the cap slider (CP slider) in the capping station of Mimaki TS3, JV33 and CJV30 printers. The spring returns the cap slider to its rest position and helps move the caps correctly into contact with the printheads when the carriage enters the home position. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Springs in the capping station are exposed to ink and moisture and can rust, lose tension or break. When this spring fails, the cap slider may not return, may stay half way, or may not lift the caps properly. The result is poor capping, weak suction during cleaning, nozzles drying out, and sometimes the carriage hitting the cap slider or errors at the home position. Replacing the spring is a quick, inexpensive fix.
