The Mimaki M020210 is the Y drive belt for the TS300P-1800 sublimation printer. This long toothed belt runs across the width of the machine and pulls the print head carriage along the Y axis, so its condition directly affects carriage speed, position accuracy and print quality. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the belt when it is stretched, cracked, frayed or has worn teeth, or when you notice slipping, noise, jerky carriage movement or Y-axis errors. A worn carriage belt also shows up as banding and poor bidirectional alignment. After fitting a new belt, set the belt tension and run the printer’s adjustment routines.
