Mimaki M020237 Overview
The M020237 LED glass is the protective window that sits in front of the UV LED lamp on the carriage of Mimaki UCJV150 and UCJV300 print-and-cut printers. The UV light passes through this glass to cure the ink, while the glass shields the LED elements from ink mist, dust and accidental contact. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
Over time the LED glass collects cured ink mist and dirt that cannot always be cleaned off, or it gets scratched or cracked during maintenance. A dirty or damaged glass reduces the UV energy that reaches the media, which can cause tacky or poorly cured prints, uneven gloss and weaker adhesion. Replacing the glass is a quick and low-cost way to restore normal curing performance without replacing the complete LED unit.
