Original Mimaki UCJV330-160 / UCJV330-130 Cap Top – SPA-0362

The Mimaki SPA-0362 is the cap top for the capping station of UCJV330-160 and UCJV330-130 UV print-and-cut printers. The cap presses against the print head nozzle plate when the carriage is parked, sealing the nozzles so the ink does not dry, and it is also used to suck ink through the nozzles during head cleaning. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Caps wear out and harden with use, and the rubber lip can be damaged or covered with cured ink. Typical symptoms of a worn cap are nozzles that clog during idle time, cleanings that do not recover missing nozzles, ink not being sucked out properly, and ink overflowing in the capping station. Replacing the cap top regularly is one of the most effective ways to protect expensive print heads.
