Original Mimaki UJF-3042 / UJF-6042 Rubber Wiper Slider – M018318

The Mimaki M018318 is the rubber wiper slider for UJF-3042, UJF-3042FX, UJF-3042HG, UJF-6042, UJF-A3HG and UJF-A3FX flatbed UV printers. It is the moving holder with the rubber wiper blade in the maintenance station. After head cleaning, the slider moves the wiper across the nozzle plate to remove excess ink and debris from the head surface. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The rubber blade wears and hardens, and cured UV ink builds up on the slider over time. Typical signs that replacement is needed are streaks of ink left on the nozzle plate, nozzles that deflect or drop out soon after cleaning, ink drops falling on the print, and a wiper that no longer moves smoothly. Replacing the wiper slider regularly protects the print heads and keeps cleaning effective.
