The POWER UNIT,LFA100F-48-HJ1R2YD41 (Roland part number 1000012802) is the larger of the power supply units used in the Roland VersaSTUDIO BN-20 and BN-20A desktop eco-solvent printer/cutter. The small LFA10F-5-J1 unit is available separately as part 1000007764. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

This unit supplies DC power to the BN-20's drive electronics, so problems tend to show up whenever the machine is working hard. Typical symptoms are a printer that will not switch on, one that powers up but stops during initialisation, unexpected resets mid-job, or motor and carriage errors that appear under load and vanish after a restart. Overheating, a burnt smell or clicking from inside the unit also indicate it should be replaced.
