Part number 1000020059, Roland part name PAD,CLEANER D VG-640TH, is a wiper cleaner pad for the TrueVIS family. It fits the VG-540 and VG-640, VG2 and VG3 printer/cutters, the SG, SG2 and SG3 series and the VF2-640 wide-format printer. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The cleaner pad sits in the maintenance station and cleans the head wiper after it has wiped the nozzle surface. A saturated or worn pad lets ink build up on the wiper, which is then wiped back across the heads. The result is smudges on prints, nozzle dropouts that keep returning, and cleaning cycles that no longer restore a perfect nozzle check.
