Original Roland ZC-23-6 Collet 6.0 mm for EGX-300 / EGX-350 / MDX-40A Spindles

The Roland ZC-23-6 collet holds tools with a 6.0 mm shank, the largest size in the ZC-23 series. It is the collet to use with 6 mm end mills and other heavier tools on Roland engravers and milling machines. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Larger tools put more load on the collet, so wear can show up sooner. If 6 mm cutters slip during deep passes, leave stepped or wavy walls, vibrate noticeably or leave scoring on their shanks, the collet has probably lost its grip. A new ZC-23-6 restores firm clamping and true running, which also extends the life of your cutters.

Note: On the MDX-650A and MDX-500, this collet can only be used when the high-speed spindle ZS-500SH is installed.
