Mimaki SPA-0090 Overview
SPA-0090 is the standard blade holder for a wide range of Mimaki cutting plotters and printer/cutters. It is not a Roland part, but we stock it for shops that run Mimaki CG series cutters or CJV and UCJV print-and-cut machines alongside their Roland equipment. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
The blade holder keeps the cutting blade centred and sets how far the tip protrudes. A worn or damaged holder lets the blade wobble, which leads to rough edges, corners that are not closed, cuts that go through the backing paper or areas that do not cut at all. Replacing the holder is a quick fix that restores clean, consistent cutting quality.
