Original Mimaki CJV300 / JV300 Wiper Cleaner – M015266

The Mimaki M015266 is the wiper cleaner for the CJV300 and JV300 printers. It sits in the maintenance station next to the wiper and scrapes ink off the wiper blade after it has wiped the print heads, so that the wiper does not carry dirty ink back onto the nozzle plate on the next cleaning cycle. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the wiper cleaner when it is saturated with ink, hardened, deformed or worn, or when the wiper stays dirty after cleaning. Symptoms of a worn cleaner include ink smears on the heads, ink drops on the media and missing nozzles that return soon after cleaning. It is commonly replaced together with the wiper during routine maintenance.
