Original Mimaki JFX200-2513 UV LED Glass Plate Assy – M016035

The M016035 LED Glass PL Assy is the protective glass plate assembly for the UV LED lamp unit on the Mimaki JFX200-2513 flatbed printer. It covers the LED emitters, protects them from ink mist and dust, and lets the UV light pass through to cure the ink on the media. It is also listed under the alternative code M015058. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Because the glass sits close to the printing surface, it collects cured ink mist and dirt over time, and it can be scratched or cracked by a head strike or careless cleaning. A contaminated or damaged glass reduces UV output, which shows up as tacky or poorly cured prints, uneven gloss, and poor adhesion, especially at higher speeds. When cleaning no longer restores it, replacing the glass plate assembly brings curing performance back to normal.
