The Mimaki M018320 is the complete rubber wiper assembly for the UJF-3042HG, UJF-6042 and UJF-A3HG UV flatbed printers. It sits in the maintenance station and wipes the nozzle surface of the print heads during cleaning, removing ink residue and debris so the nozzles can fire cleanly. This is a genuine, original Mimaki part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Replace the wiper assembly when the rubber blade is hardened, torn or deformed, when cured UV ink has built up on it, or when nozzle checks keep showing missing or deflected nozzles after cleaning.
