The ASSY,PUMP SUB SV3 LEF2-200, Roland part number 6000006827, is the SV3-generation ink pump used on VersaUV LEF-12, LEF-20, LEF-200 and LEF-300 benchtop UV printers and their LEF2 successors, the VersaUV LEJ-640 and LEC series, the TrueVIS VG-540 / VG-640 and SG-300 / SG-540, the VersaCAMM VS-300i / VS-540i / VS-640i, the VersaSTUDIO BN-20 family and the SOLJET XR-640. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

Located under the capping station, the pump draws ink through the heads during cleaning and carries waste ink away. When the tube wears flat or the pump motor weakens, suction drops: cleanings stop clearing nozzles, ink remains in the cap or the drain line stops flowing. On UV machines a failing pump can also let ink cure in the cap, so early replacement saves trouble.
