Original Roland ZC-23-4 Collet 4.0 mm for EGX-300 / EGX-350 / MDX-40A Spindles

This is the Roland ZC-23-4 collet, sized for tools with a 4.0 mm shank. It belongs to the ZC-23 series used on many Roland engravers and milling machines and clamps the tool concentrically so that it runs true at high spindle speeds. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.

The 4 mm size is popular for end mills and larger engraving cutters. Like every collet, it wears with use: tools may begin to slip or pull out, cuts may become uneven in depth, the tool may show visible wobble, or small cutters may break more often. Replacing a worn collet is far cheaper than ruining material or tools.

Note: On the MDX-650A and MDX-500, this collet can only be used when the high-speed spindle ZS-500SH is installed.
