Roland ZC-23 Overview
The Roland ZC-23 is a complete collet set containing one 3.0 mm, one 4.0 mm, one 5.0 mm and one 6.0 mm collet. It covers the tool shank sizes most often used for engraving and light milling on Roland EGX engravers, MDX milling machines and the JWX-30. This is a genuine, original Roland part – not a copy or compatible replacement.
With the full set on hand, you can switch between engraving cutters, small end mills and larger cutters without waiting for a single collet to arrive. It is also the easiest way to replace a set of worn collets at once. Worn collets often cause tools to slip, uneven engraving depth, increased runout, chatter and broken tools, so changing them restores clean, accurate cutting.
