Kyocera KJ4A-RH (RN) UV Printhead

Kyocera KJ4A-RH is one of the printheads in the KJ4A series of industrial inkjet printheads, designed specifically for high-speed printing with UV ink, suitable for both single-pass and multi-pass modes. Its most distinctive feature is the ability to print on round or curved surfaces, which sets it apart from other models in the same series such as the KJ4A-TA and KJ4A-AA. In practice, this printhead is commonly found on UV flatbed printers from brands like Handtop, Docan, wit-color, and JHF.

This is a single-color printhead with a standard resolution of 600×600 dpi, featuring 2,656 nozzles arranged across an effective print width of 108.25 mm, with a nozzle pitch of approximately 0.042 mm. It has a maximum drive frequency of 30 kHz, ejecting around 30,000 drops per second, and reaches a maximum print speed of 75 m/min.
